Join Cub Scouts!

Youth Grades K-5

Fun for the whole family!

Cub Scouting is fun for the whole family.  In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.

HOW TO SIGN UP!

We will be welcoming members into our Packs and Troops in a new way this year. Those doing in-person or hybrid meeting plans will have the option of joining a local unit. Those who are taking part in the virtual plan will be signed up for a new virtual unit in addition to whatever unit they are a part of (if any).

Attend one of our Drive-In Join Night activities and sign up for Cub Scouts and your family will save over $50! Your new Cub Scout will also receive a New Scout Goodie Bag valued at $40 that includes a Pinewood Derby Car Kit, Cub Scout Belt and individual rank book – FOR FREE!!!!!!

The process is easy. You drive up to one of our locations and a staff member will be there to meet you. They will give you a QR Code to the registration website and will direct you to a parking place. Once you have filled out the registration to become a Virtual Scout, you just need to flash the hazard lights on your car and a staff member will bring supplies to your window. These supplies will help you get through the fall program.

AIMS AND METHODS

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

There are four aims of Scouting: citizenship, character, personal fitness, and leadership.

The methods of Cub Scouting are: living the ideals, belonging to a den, advancement, family involvement, activities, serving the community, and the uniform.
