Planning for the Next Scout Jamboree Begins

Epic. Insane. Monumental. These are just a few words that will describe the adventure awaiting Scouts and Scouters at the 2026 National Jamboree. Mark your calendars for July 22-31, 2026, and join us at the Summit for a National Jamboree that will go down in history! 

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Glenn Ault, a distinguished leader and Scouting volunteer, will serve as the 2026 National Jamboree Chair. Dr. Ault's extensive Jamboree experience, his dedication to Scouting, and his vision for the Jamboree will ensure an unforgettable experience for all who attend.  

Tom Pendleton, who previously served as the 2023 National Jamboree Director, will once again serve in this pivotal role for the 2026 event. Together, Glenn, Tom, and all the Jamboree volunteers will collaborate to create this extraordinary event. 

Rob Ridgeway, the Summit General Manager, along with the exceptional team at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, will continue to be the site host and ensure that the Summit's world-class facilities are ready for our Jamboree guests. The Summit Bechtel Reserve is proud to be the home of the National Jamboree, providing unmatched adventure and personal growth opportunities to all who attend this signature event. 

From rock climbing and zip-lining to arena stage shows and leadership training, the 2026 Jamboree will offer something for everyone. Additionally, the 2026 National Jamboree will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. Scouts will have the opportunity to commemorate this significant American milestone while also participating in the high-adventure and other unique Jamboree activities that make a National Jamboree so memorable.
